We rented a 1 bedroom studio. This place has a gym and rooftop pool and bar! Right on the beach!!! Full restaurant on the 1st floor.
If you like to sleep with the sound of the waves crashing back and forth. Or get lost away in your thoughts at night under the stars wishing if only time could stand still. Look no more, this is the place as it's just a couple feet away from the water. The staff is as courteous as can be. The rooms were very clean & just like the pictures. There is a covenience store very close & 5 avenue (5ta Avenida) as well. Thank you to everyone & see you next time.
Our time at It Beach was spectacular. If you are going to Playa del Carmen, this is the place you will want to stay. The beach is clear, the hotel is clean and the staff are kind and attentive. One thing I absolutely adore about the hotel is that you are at the beach without having to get all sandy. Even if it starts to sprinkle, it’s nice to watch the weather roll through while staying dry on the deck. I would definitely recommend the south corner units because you have the view over looking the ocean and you can also see down the beach from the side windows. We stayed with Miguel and he was fabulous. Highly recommend him on Airbnb or booking directly with the hotel. Warning!!! DO NOT BOOK with Rose on Airbnb! I believe she has the first-floor middle unit with a plunge pool. She canceled our reservation last minute because she wanted to take a different rental. Save yourself the disappointment.
Marisa is amazing. Donald is very responsive. This place is immaculate. Stay away from Benjamin he's not fun when it comes to a vacation
This is a great place to stay in Playa del Carmen. The rooms are modern and very comfortable, staff are always available, the view from our room was amazing, very convenient access to the beach (just steps to the beautiful white sand beach), great food and drinks at the rooftop bar and walking distance to other great restaurants on Calle 38
This is a beautiful building, with the best location because is in front really in front of the beach, they have a great restaurant in the first floor with amaizing view of the sea and another one in the roof top for Dinner.
We don’t have enough words to express how grateful we are for our wonderful vacation stay at the IT Beach hotel! First of all, the location is perfect-right on the beach and walking distance from 5th ave where all the restaurants and shops are located. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The staff (and especially Marisa) were super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. If you don’t feel like stepping to the beach the hotel has an amazing rooftop pool with stunning views of the ocean. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!
This place is amazing! The staff are super attentive here. The rooms are very clean and modern. Infinity pool and gym on the top floor. Beach views from your window. I mean, come on! What else do you need!
